Key Responsibilities• Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas) with a strong focus on usability and performance• Build and manage Power Automate (cloud) workflows to streamline and automate business processes• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights• Design and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and third-party services• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions• Maintain and optimize existing applications, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices• Stay up to date with the latest features and capabilities within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem Key Requirements• Proven experience developing Power Apps (Canvas) solutions• 2–3+ years of experience with Power Automate Desktop or similar RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)• Strong knowledge of Power Automate (cloud flows), including connectors and conditional logic• Solid experience with Power BI, including data modeling and DAX• Familiarity with SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, permissions)• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBScript is a plus• Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing environments• Ability to work both independently and within agile teams
