Ltd., a leading buying & sourcing agency with 30+ years of experience, we’re growing our merchandising team and looking for two sharp, motivated professionals. Open Ro/ strong>les: Hard Goods MerchandiserMetal, wo od, glass, resin & ceramic home décor Textile MerchandiserBedding, rugs, cushions, throws & home textiles What therole requires: ✅Manage assigned buyer accounts from order receipt through shipment — including sampling, proto/pre-production approvals, and export documentation ✅Coordinate with vendors on product development, costing, lead times etc. ✅Track production milestones, maintain critical paths, and flag delays or risks proactively ✅Liaise with the QA team on inspections, quality issues, and corrective actions ✅Communicate buyer requirements clearly — artwork, packaging, labelling, compliance standards ✅Support seasonal range building, trend research, and buyer presentations ✅Maintain accurate records across all stages in internal systems What we’r e looking for: ▪ ️ 2–5 years in merchandising, sourcing, or buying — home décor or textiles preferre d ▪️ Familiarity with Indian manufacturing clusters is a strong advanta g e▪️ (Textile) Knowledge of fabric constructions, finishes, printing & compliance labell i ng▪️ (Hard Goods) Exposure to metal, glass, or resin product development & cos t ing▪️ Strong Excel, PowerPoint & communication skills in En g lish▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile Technology, Design, or related field Ifyou’re passionate about product, love working across vendors and buyers, and thrive in a fast-paced sourcing environment — we’d love to hear fromyou.
