TFB operates at the intersection of European Patisserie technique and Indian culinary heritage, with a brand identity built around elevating dessert formats for commercial supply. The business serves two distinct tracks:Wedding Caterers track: Premium live stations, dessert concepts, and experiential catering for weddings and events; wedding caterers are the anchor revenue segmentHORECA Frozen Supply track: Frozen desserts& cakes and food products supplied to hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSR chains, cloud kitchens, and clubsWe’re looking for a Business Development Manager who shares our passion for conscious food and is ready to scale our vision across channels and communities.What You’ll Do:Identify and develop new business opportunities — B2B (cafés, boutique stores, hotels), events, and corporate gifting.Build strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with our brand ethos.Drive retail footfall and customer engagement through innovative marketing ideas and local outreach.Manage sales pipelines and client relationships from pitch to close.Work closely with the founder and creative team to align product development with market demand.Who You Are:fresher with 1-2 years of experience in business development, F&B, hospitality, or gourmet FMCG sectors.Network in Mumbai’s food, retail, or event ecosystem is a big plus.Go Getting spirit with excellent communication and people skills.Passion for artisanal products, sustainable living, and food innovation.What We Offer:A chance to build a growing brand that blends wellness, craft, and creativity.A collaborative, purpose-driven work environment.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
