Role: OpenStack SMERequired Technical Skill Set :VMware and OpenStackMust-HavePossess knowledge on designing, deploying, and managing OpenStack cloudsExpert knowledge and hands-on experience working on Multiple VMware to OpenStack Migrations (preferably from vSphere 7.0 and 8.0.3 to OpenStack latest version.Set up and configure VMware and OpenStack environments for migrationExperienced on Hystax, Coriolis, or alternative toolsExpert knowledge to Develop scripts and automation workflows for migration and post-migration validationOptimize compute, storage, and networking resources for the target OpenStack environment Knowledge of networking, storage, and security in VMware and OpenStack environments Familiarity with migration tools such as Hystax, Coriolis, CloudEndure, Velostrata.Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerCLI for automation and scripting OpenStack or VMware certification (COA, VCP-DCV, etc.)Role descriptions :Migration from vSphere to OpenStackAble to analyze and resolve enterprise level OS issues after migration and able to coordinate with peer teams.Offshore/onshore exposure in handling European/UK client, preferably in Enterprise Level Data Centers with production environments with over 10000 servers.Flexible to work in shift (24x7) environment. Possess good communication skills.
