Please apply only if you are open to relocation.Job Summary The Site Assistant Manager – Accountant is responsible for leading site operations while overseeing end-to-end financial management of the project. This role ensures operational efficiency, strict budget control, financial compliance, and timely reporting. The position requires strong leadership capability, commercial acumen, and hands-on experience managing large-scale project finances and multidisciplinary site teams.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Site Accounting & Operational Assistances Lead and manage daily site finance operations to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Monitor procurement, material consumption, and vendor performance. Drive productivity improvements and cost optimization initiatives.B. Financial Management & Accounting Lead complete financial management of site accounts. Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and cash flows. Approve and verify vendor bills, subcontractor payments, and payroll. Ensure accurate bookkeeping and ledger maintenance. Oversee statutory compliance including VAT, WHT , labor laws, etc. Support internal and external audits. Implement financial controls and strengthen governance at site level. Liaise with corporate finance team for fund management and reporting. Liasoning with banks / clients for operational mattersQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration. Professional certification (CA Inter / CMA / CPA / MBA Finance) preferred. 5–8 years of experience in construction/project-based industries. Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, and financial controls. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP).
