Job Description

Role Overview: We’re looking for a detail-driven Data Coordinator with strong Excel skills and a head for numbers to support project, financial, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and can handle structured data, documentation, and coordination in a fast-paced design environment. Legal/documentation exposure is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Manage project data and timelines using Excel (advanced formulas) Handle administrative tasks: documentation, filing, coordination, and correspondence Support management, compliance documentation, and record-keeping Maintain accuracy of project-related data Coordinate with law firm and internally with teams on gathering required dataRequirements:5+ years’ experience in data roles (architecture, construction, or similar preferred) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong numerical, organizational, and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Good to Have:Exposure to contracts, legal documentation, or compliance processes Familiarity with project-based environments (architecture/engineering firms)Salary Range:Will depend on the candidate but we can look up to 50K
