Job Overview We are looking for a Server Engineer with strong experience in server hardware, debugging, and Linux environments . This role involves working closely with build systems, analyzing failures, and ensuring smooth server testing and deployment processes. Key Responsibilities Review build dashboards to analyze throughput, yields, and failure paretos Debug server platforms based on defined guidelines Perform minor rework, retesting, and recovery of failed units Publish daily status reports and build summaries Analyze failures and provide triage steps for resolution Maintain high testing throughput , especially during off-hours Collaborate with Test Engineers, operators, and cross-functional teams Ensure adherence to factory assembly and testing plans Required Skills Strong experience in Server Hardware / Systems Hands-on experience in hardware testing and debugging Good knowledge of Linux command line Understanding of system architecture & networking components (Compute trays, switch trays, TOR switches, power shelves, etc.) Ability to run diagnostic scripts and pretest tools Experience in log analysis and initial failure triage Strong communication and coordination skills Qualifications BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) / Computer Engineering (CE) Minimum 2+ years of relevant industry experience Nice to Have (Preferred Skills) Strong fundamentals in digital design, signal integrity, and fault analysis Experience in board/system-level electrical design Exposure to high-performance server or networking platforms Knowledge of statistics, timing analysis, and computer architecture
