Job Title: Assistant Manager - Performance MarketingLocation: Work from HomeShift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Strict Night Shift | Real-time support for US clients; requires high ownership, responsiveness, and proactive engagement throughout the shift)Experience Required: 8 to 10+ years in Performance Marketing with deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social media advertising platforms, along with strong experience in reporting tools and data analysis.Role Overview:We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end performance marketing operations across Search and Social channels. This role requires complete ownership of accounts, team performance, client deliverables, and campaign outcomes. The candidate will work closely with US-based clients, providing real-time support and ensuring high quality execution, optimization, and communication at all times. This is a high-responsibility, high visibility role suited for someone who can independently manage multiple accounts, lead a team, solve complex problems, and drive consistent performance improvements.Key Responsibilities:Account & Client OwnershipOwn end-to-end delivery for multiple performance marketing accounts across Search and Social platformsAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, updates, and issue resolutionManage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables with a strong focus on quality and accuracyProvide real-time support to US clients during night shift hoursCampaign Strategy & ExecutionPlan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platformsDrive performance improvements based on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion ratesContinuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizationsIdentify new growth opportunities, scaling strategies, and testing roadmapsTeam Management & DevelopmentLead and manage a team of analysts and specialists across accountsEnsure proper task allocation, execution, and quality checks across all deliverablesResolve team queries, provide technical guidance, and act as the first point of escalationTrain new joiners and upskill existing team members on platforms, tools, and best practicesMonitor team performance and ensure accountability across tasks and outcomesQuality & Process ExcellenceEnsure 100 percent adherence to processes, QA standards, and platform best practicesMaintain high accuracy in campaign setup, optimizations, and reportingIdentify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and qualityEnsure all deliverables are reviewed and validated before client sharingReporting & AnalysisBuild and manage performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other reporting platformsTranslate data into actionable insights and present them clearly to clientsTrack performance trends and proactively recommend optimizationsEnsure timely and accurate reporting aligned with client expectationsRequired Skills & Expertise:8 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Search and Social)Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platformsExperience with other social media platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar is a plusAdvanced knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion trackingStrong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting and visualization toolsExcellent problem-solving ability and attention to detailStrong communication skills with experience handling international clientsBehavioral Expectations:High ownership and accountability for performance, quality, and timelinesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentProactive approach to problem-solving and client managementStrong work ethic and discipline required to consistently perform during night shift hoursTeam-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvementImportant Note:This role requires strict adherence to night shift timings (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) to support US clients in real time.
