Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Attendant role located in Faridabad. The Sales Attendant will interact with customers, provide excellent customer service, and assist with product inquiries. They will maintain the store’s appearance, manage inventory, and ensure that displays are visually appealing. Additional responsibilities include processing transactions, contributing to sales goals, and executing effective merchandising techniques to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to assist customers in a professional manner.Sales and Merchandising Skills: Experience with sales techniques, product recommendations, and creating attractive displays to drive customer interest.Organizational and Inventory Management: Efficiency in managing inventory, arranging products, and maintaining store cleanliness and orderliness.Problem-solving and Multitasking Skills: Ability to address customer concerns, provide effective solutions, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and the ability to handle transactions accurately.Adaptability and Teamwork: Flexibility to adapt to store operations and collaborate effectively with team members.Previous experience in retail or interior design is a plus.
