The Trading Analyst will be responsible for monitoring market activity, developing and implementing trading strategies, and analyzing financial data for optimization and risk management. In this role, you will:Build and improve pricing, spread, inventory, and risk logic for market-making strategiesOwn automated quoting across exchanges, OTC desks, and RFQ venuesMonitor inventory, capital allocation, and market conditions in real time, and adapt quoting based on riskSupport treasury and cash management across exchanges and counterpartiesResearch signals, backtest ideas, and analyze strategy performanceImprove execution quality and help refine live trading systemsContribute directly to desk PnL through better risk management, inventory turns, and execution decisionsYou may be a fit if you have:1–4 years of relevant experience in trading, quantitative analysis, or systematic strategy rolesStrong analytical and data analysis skillsPython experience is a plusGood understanding of financial markets; crypto experience is a plus
