This is a field-first role — you'll spend most of your time in the trade, building relationships with bartenders, sommeliers, buyers, and spirits enthusiasts, and telling the story of what makes our craft spirits different.What You'll Do:Trade & On-PremiseOwn key on-premise accounts across Mumbai — bars, restaurants, hotels, and clubs — building genuine relationships with decision-makers and bar teamsConduct regular trade visits, educate staff on the brand, our production process, and cocktail applicationsDrive listings, menu placements, and feature cocktail activations at target venuesIdentify and develop new account opportunities in consultation with the sales teamEvents & ActivationsRepresent the brand at tastings, consumer events, trade shows, and brand activationsHost masterclasses and distillery storytelling sessions for both trade and consumer audiencesSupport PR and marketing initiatives that require a brand face on the groundIndustry & CommunityBuild credibility within the bartender and hospitality community as a genuine advocate for the brandStay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and what's resonating in the marketRepresent the brand at industry forums, competitions, and spirits eventsFeedback & ReportingProvide regular feedback on account activity, competitor moves, and consumer sentimentMaintain a visit log and report on activations, listings, and leads generatedWhat We're Looking For2–4 years of experience in the spirits, hospitality, or beverage industry — whether on the bar, in sales, or in brand rolesAn existing network in Mumbai's & Goa's bar and restaurant scene is a strong advantageGenuine passion for craft spirits and the ability to talk about them with authority and authenticityConfident, personable presenter — equally comfortable behind a bar doing a staff training or on stage at an industry eventSelf-starter who can manage their own schedule and prioritise effectively in a field roleWillingness to work evenings and weekends as the role demandsWhy Join UsBe part of building something from the ground up — this is an early and visible role in a growing brandDirect access to the founders and a real say in how the brand shows up in the marketCompetitive compensation with performance incentives
