Job Title: Business Development Representative (Outbound) – B2B SalesLocation: Remote (India)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Upto ₹35,000Role Overview:We are looking for a highly proactive and ownership-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to build and scale our outbound sales engine.This role focuses on owning the top of the funnel — from researching high-quality leads to converting cold outreach into qualified demo bookings for the closing team.If you thrive in a fast-paced, output-driven environment and enjoy turning conversations into revenue opportunities, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Source 20–30 ICP-fit leads daily (SaaS founders, growth heads, brands, content creators)Execute 20–30 personalized outreach messages daily across Email, LinkedIn, and other channelsCraft high-converting cold emails, DMs, and conversation startersResearch deeply to identify custom angles and pain points for each prospectCreate 4–6 Loom video script briefs per week to support demo conversionsSchedule and coordinate demo calls with the closing teamMaintain accurate records in CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho)Contribute ideas in sales/marketing discussions to improve outreach and conversionWhat Success Looks LikePrimary KPI:4–6 Qualified Demo Leads per weekQualified Demo Lead Criteria:ICP Fit ✓Budget Awareness ✓Clear Need ✓Demo Scheduled within 30 days ✓Secondary KPIs:Reply RateDemo Show RateEligibility Criteria:Experience: Minimum 2+ years in outbound sales, BDR, or appointment setting (B2B)Proven experience in lead research & cold outreachAbility to write high-quality personalized messagingStrong understanding of sales funnels and prospectingComfortable working in a remote, async environmentHands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho)QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree (MBA, BBA, , B.Sc, M.Sc or related fields preferred)Degree is optional — we prioritize skills and resultsNice to HaveExperience in SaaS, agencies, or B2B servicesStrong short-form content writing skills (for DMs & emails)Perks & BenefitsPaid Time OffPerformance-based incentives & bonusesHigh-performance, no-micromanagement cultureDirect exposure to growth strategy & client acquisitionFast career growth in a scaling environmentFully remote (India-based)Optional future relocation to Chandigarh/LudhianaHow to ApplyApply here:
