Job Description After a very successful 2025, looking for a new Android Developer to join their team in Shanghai. Own the end-to-end integration and deployment of Android applications on IVI systems, ensuring compatibility and performance on target hardware. Manage APK lifecycle tasks including deployment, updates, and debugging, using ADB and Linux command-line tools. Troubleshoot complex issues across installation, permissions, runtime failures, and system logs, delivering reliable fixes. Automate repetitive workflows with shell scripting, improving efficiency and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Android, Embedded, QA) to validate releases and maintain documentation for integration processes. Act as the on-ground technical representative, buidling trust with clients and ensuring smooth communication back to global teams. Key Candidate Criteria Minimum 2 years of experience in Android development or integration, with strong hands-on expertise in ADB, APK lifecycle, and debugging workflows. Proficiency in Linux command-line tools and comfort working in terminal-heavy environments. Experience with automotive IVI systems would be preferable Ideally hands-on with AOSP, Shell scripting, CI/CD pipelines, or embedded Android platforms. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
