You've built campaigns from zero, managed creator relationships end-to-end, and you have the numbers to prove it worked.This is not a coordinator role. You will own the entire influencer strategy — from identifying the right creators to briefing, execution, analysis, and scaling what works.What You'll OwnInfluencer Strategy & PlanningBuild and own Suroskie's influencer marketing strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platformsIdentify, vet, and onboard creators across nano, micro, macro, and celebrity tiers relevant to skincare and beautyDevelop campaign briefs that balance brand guidelines with creator authenticity — especially for product launches and sale eventsBuild a diversified creator roster across skin types, demographics, and content stylesCampaign Execution & ManagementEnd-to-end campaign management: briefing, contracting, product dispatch, content review, go-live, and reportingCoordinate with performance and paid media teams to boost high-performing organic influencer contentManage gifting, barter, and paid collaboration structures — and know which to use whenExecute creator-led campaigns for D2C sales moments (sale launches, product drops, festive campaigns)Creator RelationshipsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key creators in the skincare, beauty, and lifestyle spaceNegotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables — knowing market benchmarks across tiersDevelop a brand ambassador program for Suroskie's top-performing creator partnersAnalytics & ReportingTrack and report on key metrics: reach, engagement rate, story views, link clicks, ROAS (for boosted content), and attributed salesMaintain a creator performance database and use data to inform future casting decisionsProvide weekly and monthly reporting to leadership with clear insights and recommendationsWhat We're Looking ForMust-Have Experience3–6 years of influencer marketing experience, with at least 2 years specifically in skincare, beauty, or personal careProven track record of running influencer campaigns that drove measurable sales or ROAS — not just impressionsStrong existing network of beauty and skincare creators across Instagram and YouTubeExperience managing campaigns from brief to final report independently
