Position: Finance Specialist - Invoicing (US, UK & Canada)Location: PuneShift Time: 6:30PM-3:30AM IST (US Shift)Employment Type: Full Time/Onsite roleStratacent is looking for a finance professional with strong experience in client invoicing, accounts receivable, and billing operations, preferably in an IT services / IT staffing environment. The role focuses on managing end-to-end invoicing cycles, collections, and financial accuracy.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end client invoicing and billing cyclesGenerate invoices based on timesheets / billable hours / contractsHandle Accounts Receivable (AR) including collections and follow-upsPerform reconciliations (bank, customer accounts, invoices)Track outstanding payments, aging reports, and resolve discrepanciesCoordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams (HR/Delivery/Payroll)Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks / similar toolsSupport month-end close and reporting activitiesRequired:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.Must Have:Experience in client invoicing / billing (AR side)Exposure to timesheet-based invoicing / contract billingBackground in IT services / IT staffing / KPO (US accounting)Hands-on with QuickBooks / similar toolsGood communication for client interaction and follow-upsPreferred Qualifications:Certified Bookkeeper designation (e.g., AIPB or NACPB) is a plus.Employee Benefits:• Group Medical Insurance• Cab facility• Meals/snacks• Continuous Learning ProgramCompany ProfileStratacent is an IT Consulting and Services firm, headquartered in Jersey City, NJ, with two global delivery centres in New York City area and New Delhi area plus offices in London, Canada and Pune, India.
