Role: Visual Merchandising InternLocation: PuneCompany: PalmonasAbout the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Intern to support our retail and brand experience team. This role will focus on enhancing in-store aesthetics, product displays, and overall customer experience aligned with Palmonas’ brand identity.Key Responsibilities:Assist in designing and executing visual merchandising strategies across retail storesSupport in setting up window displays, in-store layouts, and product placementsEnsure all stores maintain brand guidelines and VM standardsCoordinate with store teams for display updates and seasonal changesHelp in photoshoots and catalog styling for productsConduct store visits and audits to ensure VM consistencyTrack competitor VM trends and share insightsRequirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Design, or related field (NIFT / Pearl / MIT, etc.)Strong sense of aesthetics, styling, and color coordinationBasic knowledge of retail merchandising principlesGood communication and coordination skillsWillingness to travel to stores (if required)Preferred Skills:Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similarInterest in jewellery, fashion, and lifestyle brandsCreative thinking with attention to detailDuration:3–6 monthsStipend:15k
