Overview:We are looking for an OT Security & Infrastructure Engineer to support the design, implementation, and operationalization of secure solutions within Process Control Network (PCN) and Industrial Control System (ICS) environments. Must have prior experience overseeing & supporting OT asset management software. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with experience in Operational Technology (OT), industrial systems, or regulated infrastructure environments, combined with strong skills in systems, network, or security engineering (e.g., VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory). You will play a key role in delivering OT solutions from deployment through hypercare and transition to operations, ensuring compliance with OT cybersecurity, safety, and availability standards. Axonius OT asset management or Tenable OT (vulnerability management) is must.Desired Skills and Experience:Must have 2+yrs Experience in OT / PCN / ICS or industrial environments {Background in infrastructure, systems, or platform engineering}Hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server, and Active DirectoryKnowledge of network segmentation, hardening, or OT security controls such as :Axonius OT asset management /Tenable OT (vulnerability management)Significant SME with CMDB (Configuration Management Database)Support network, server, and system integration across OT and enterprise environmentsImplement segmentation, hardening, and security controls in industrial environmentsDevelop SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation (as-built, work instructions)Produce audit and compliance documentation and security validation evidenceSupport transition-to-operations activities and knowledge transferProvide hypercare and post-deployment stabilization supportMust have previous experience supporting systems through deployment and operations lifecycle
