The role involves partnering with stakeholders to enhance employee experience, ensure statutory compliance, and build a high-performance culture through effective HR practices and strong business understanding.Key Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to understand functional priorities and translate them into effective HR interventions while demonstrating strong business acumen and aligning HR strategies with business outcomes such as productivity, retention, and cost optimizationManage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and exit processes, while driving performance frameworks such as goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisalsCollaborate with managers to identify talent gaps and support development planning to build strong and capable teamsConceptualize and execute employee engagement initiatives, cultural programs, and events to enhance employee morale, retention, and overall workplace experienceLead and support event management activities such as employee connect sessions, and organizational celebrations while fostering a positive and inclusive work environmentBuild strong stakeholder relationships across levels and act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational matters, ensuring smooth communication and alignmentEnsure compliance with statutory requirements including a strong understanding and application of the Wage Code and other applicable labour laws, while supporting audits and maintaining required documentationTrack and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, and engagement scores using MS Excel and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making and prepare MIS reportsAddress employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a healthy work environment through proactive conflict resolution and policy implementationKey Skills & Competencies:Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and support business prioritiesSound knowledge of Wage Code and labour law complianceExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiencesProficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and reportingExperience in employee engagement and event managementHigh level of ownership, problem-solving ability, and attention to detailQualifications & Experience:MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent5-8 years of experience in an HRBP or HR Generalist role
