The role involves coordinating with agents, carriers, and shippers, handling documentation and customs processes, ensuring timely shipment execution, and maintaining accurate system updates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end export coordination, from nomination and rate management to client communication and final documentation, while ensuring smooth operational flow and high service standards.ResponsibilitiesLCL & FCL Export nominationArranging monthly nomination tariffMailing EXW/FOB rates/service pattern to agentsFollow up on Routing Orders & updating to agentChecking rate quotes from carriers / transporters etcArranging docs from shippers for custom clearanceArranging cargo pick up, custom clearance & gate passTaking routing approval from agentsFollow up of shipment readiness with clients/shippersUpdating e-freight remarks for MCC pre-alert, any special routings/costing/specific agent nom etc for doc & accounts referenceUpdating agents & clients with carting & stuffing plan/vsl planInforming ops to tag shipment with correct broker, specific agent box, special routing etcFollow up on sales leads provided by agentsDrafting ACD /SI etc from shipper’s docs & forwarding to BL deskUpdating ACD form & sending to shippers to mail on letterheadsArranging custom clearance docs & invoices from CHA & handover to accountsArranging BL draft approvalsArranging KYC Docs of clientsArranging GL Mapping of clientsSending BLs & original custom docs to clients by courierSending ISF (10+2) form to agentsFollow up with Nhava office for urgent loading of MCC stuffed nom shipmentUpdating DN in e-freight for nom clients & agentsSending BLs & original custom docs to clients by courierSolving netting issuesQualificationsAny Graduate Required SkillsShould have good software skills (Ms-Excel)Should have good communication skills (Email communication) and positive attitudeShould have negotiation skillsShould be able to handle a team effectively
