Join us in our mission to make clean energy accessible and foster a greener planet.Role DescriptionDesign & Engineering • Conduct site assessments and analyze rooftop layouts, shading, and load profiles • Design solar PV systems (25 kW – 1000 kW) including module placement, electrical schematics, inverter sizing, and battery storage (if applicable) • Prepare single-line diagrams (SLDs), bill of materials (BOMs), and wiring layouts using design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, Solarlabs) • Ensure system design meets MNRE, DISCOM, and safety compliance standards • Support permitting, net-metering, and load sanctioning documentation⸻Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering • 2–4 years of experience in solar design and/or asset management (Rooftop experience preferred) • Proficiency with AutoCAD, PVsyst, Excel, and preferably solar monitoring portals • Strong knowledge of BIS standards, DISCOM regulations, and grid-tied PV systems • Ability to travel to project sites occasionally⸻Preferred Skills • Strong Design Skills • Familiarity with CAPEX/OPEX business models • Strong documentation and reporting skills⸻What We Offer • Opportunity to shape and grow within a purpose-driven clean energy company • Entrepreneurial work environment with exposure to design, execution, and asset performance • Competitive compensation and performance-linked bonuses
