You will play a critical role in shaping data models, governing data lifecycle processes, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, reliable data solutions.Key Responsibilities • Design and develop high-complexity data models to support business and analytical needs• Define and implement data architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices• Ensure data quality management, including validation, monitoring, and governance• Oversee data lifecycle management from ingestion to archival• Work with non-tabular and event-based data processing systems• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for performance and scalability• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders• Drive data governance, consistency, and usability across systems• Provide technical leadership and mentorship (for Lead-level candidates)Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years of experience as a Data Modeler / Data Architect / Data Designer• Proven track record of working with complex and large-scale data models• Strong experience in data quality management frameworks and tools• Solid understanding of data lifecycle management• Experience with non-tabular data structures and event-driven architectures• Advanced proficiency in SQL• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.Desirable Skills • Experience with Databricks Unity Catalog, especially metadata and system tables• Knowledge of row-level security (RLS) and attribute-based access control (ABAC)• Familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud-based data ecosystems
