We are looking for an Admissions Counsellor to join our admissions team at Vaagdevi College of Engineering (NBA Accredited | AICTE Approved | Autonomous) at our Bollikunta campus, Warangal.This is a people-first role at the front door of VCE — where every student and family that walks in is making one of the most important decisions of their lives, and you're the person who helps them make it with clarity and confidence.What you'll be doing:Guiding prospective students and parents through courses, eligibility, EAPCET/JEE counselling, fee structures, and the full admission processManaging walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups — keeping every conversation tracked and every lead followed throughRepresenting VCE at school visits, education fairs, and outreach events across Warangal, Karimnagar, Khammam, and surrounding districtsCoordinating admission documentation — verifying mark sheets, rank cards, category certificates, and transfer certificatesPreparing weekly admissions reports for program leadership on enquiries, conversions, and pipeline statusWho we're looking for:A confident, warm communicator who can explain complex admission processes in simple language — to a nervous student and an anxious parent at the same timeFluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English — all three matter hereOrganised and calm under pressure, especially during peak admission season (May to September)Freshers are welcome; 1–3 years of experience in admissions, academic counselling, or education sales is a plusBachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or B.Tech holders preferredLocation: Vaagdevi College of Engineering, Bollikunta, Warangal (Full-time, On-site)
