Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kollam, Kerala, for a Guest Relations Executive at Lake n River Resort Munroe Island. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and needs, managing reservations, and supporting reception activities. They will also assist with sales and promote the resort's offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement. Qualifications Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure positive guest experiencesExcellent Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team membersProficiency in performing Receptionist Duties such as managing reservations and maintaining a welcoming front deskBasic Sales skills to promote resort services and packagesProfessional demeanor, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on hospitalityKnowledge of the hospitality industry and local area is a plusProficiency in commonly used computer systems and reservation software is advantageousAbility to work flexible hours to meet the operational needs of the resort
