Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance, located in the Pune Division. The Assistant Manager Finance will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and accounting processes for the organization. The role involves preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, assessing financial risks, managing expenses, and conducting budget analyses. The role also includes close collaboration with other departments to improve financial performance and adherence to corporate policies. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and ForecastingExpertise in Accounting, Taxation, and ComplianceProficiency in Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Management, and Financial AnalysisAdvanced skills in software tools like Excel, Accounting Software (e.g., Tally, SAP), and ERP systemsAttention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilitiesCommunication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departmentsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA or equivalent qualification preferredExperience in manufacturing sectors or relevant industries is a strong advantage
