About the Role NxtWave is looking for a driven and proactive Partnerships Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, managing existing relationships, and executing partnership programs end to end. This role requires someone who takes ownership, is comfortable working in an evolving setup, and is willing to go beyond the usual to get things done. Key Responsibilities Partner Onboarding: Identify, research, and reach out to potential partners. Build a pipeline and drive conversations from first contact through to closure. Program Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of live partnership programs, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure commitments are delivered on time. Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for existing partners, nurturing relationships and keeping communication consistent and professional. Proposal and Presentation: Develop clear, compelling proposals and presentations that communicate NxtWave's value proposition to potential and existing partners Tracking and Reporting: Monitor partnership performance, flag issues proactively, and share regular updates with the team. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to align on deliverables and ensure smooth execution across programs. Qualifications Btech or a related field from a reputed institution. 2-5 years of experience in partnerships, BD, or a client-facing role. Edtech or SaaS background is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent NxtWave confidently in external settings. Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, and AI tools to create professional proposals and presentations. Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
