Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Head- RPO with expertise in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to drive client acquisition across international markets (US, and Canada). The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with overseas recruitment agencies and direct clients, and expanding RPO service offerings.Key Responsibilities· Identify and develop new business opportunities for RPO services in international markets· Target recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and direct clients abroad for partnerships· Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking· Understand client hiring needs and propose customized RPO solutions· Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → closure· Build long-term relationships with global clients and stakeholders· Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery· Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and SLAs.· Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies· Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targetsKey Requirementso 8 plus years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment Agency/ RPO / MSP / Offshore delivery modelso Proven experience in Selling to staffing companies (B2B) and Closing monthly recurring revenue dealso Strong understanding of RPO, staffing, and recruitment lifecycle o Experience in selling to recruitment agencies or MSP/VMS clients o Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales NavigatorPreferred Skills· Strong understanding of:o US / Canada recruitment marketo ATS systems (Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.)· Excellent in:o Consultative saleso Negotiation & deal structuringo Client relationship managementMust-Have· Experience selling:o Offshore recruitment / RPO / staffing solutions· Strong LinkedIn + email outreach capability· Ability to build a business from scratch (0 → scale)
