We run our operations on a robust, interlinked software ecosystem including Shopify, Easyecom (OMS), Zoho Books, Shopflo, Delhivery, and I Think Logistics. We are looking for a modern, tech-forward finance professional to join our team in Nagpur.Note: This is not a traditional data-entry or bookkeeping role. We are looking for an analytical mind who understands how software systems talk to each other and can translate raw data across multiple platforms into actionable financial insights.The RoleYou will act as the financial backbone of our software ecosystem. Your primary mission will be to fetch, compile, and analyze data across our entire tech stack to build comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS). You will also oversee our Private Limited statutory compliances and serve as the main liaison between our accounts department and our software partners.Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Ecosystem Management:Design, build, and maintain accurate MIS reports by extracting and reconciling data from Shopify, Easyecom, Shopflo, our logistics partners (Delhivery, I Think Logistics), and Zoho Books.Automate and streamline financial reporting processes across these platforms to provide real-time visibility into the company’s financial health, profit margins, and operational costs.Monitor payment gateway settlements (Shopflo) and logistical billing (RTOs, shipping charges) to ensure zero revenue leakage.Software Liaison & Troubleshooting:Act as the primary point of contact between Stylish Wodrobe and our SaaS/software account managers.Communicate technical accounting requirements, troubleshoot integration glitches, and raise support tickets with software companies.Statutory Compliance & Taxation:Ensure the company adheres to all Indian statutory compliance requirements for a Private Limited entity.Manage and oversee GST, TDS, advance tax computations, and coordinate with external auditors for annual filings and RoC compliances.Advanced Zoho Books Management:Utilize Zoho Books at an advanced level to finalize accounts, manage complex reconciliations, and ensure the financial ledger accurately reflects the data flowing in from our OMS and front-end systems.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 2 years of accounting/finance experience exclusively within a Private Limited company.Zoho Books Mastery: Mandatory hands-on experience and deep proficiency with Zoho Books.Tech-Savviness: A high degree of comfort working with modern e-commerce SaaS platforms (Shopify, OMS platforms like Easyecom, payment aggregators, and shipping portals). Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential.Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English. You must be able to confidently articulate complex financial and technical issues when speaking to software companies and internal stakeholders.Compliance Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Indian corporate laws, tax structures, and Private Limited compliance mandates.Analytical Mindset: Ability to look beyond basic journal entries to see the larger financial picture and build customized reporting dashboards.
