You do not wait for them to give you ideas. You lead the production team with a clear strategy.Data Management. You read the numbers to find errors. You find what is broken and fix it. You find what is working and make it bigger.Reputation Safety. You protect the client. You make sure the brand looks strong and professional. You use discretion and common sense at all times.What you must haveAgency Experience. At least 1 year in a strategy role. You must understand how an agency moves.Proof of Results. You must show us a brand you have actually grown. We value evidence over talk.Clear Communication. You must write and speak with precision. We have no time for fluff or vague ideas.Technical Skills. You must know how to use Meta Insights and other data tools to find the signal in the noise.Discipline. You must be able to work fast and meet deadlines in a remote team without being watched.The Operations5-Day Week. We work Monday to Friday. We value a clear structure and we respect your time.Fully Remote. Work from wherever you are. We manage the results, not your desk.Referral Fee.
