You will work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust, high-quality solutions.You are a hands-on leader who balances coding with mentorship, brings strong technical judgment, and ensures alignment with modern engineering and agile practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance mobile applicationsDrive technical decision-making, ensuring best practices in coding, security, and performanceCollaborate with Product Owners to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutionsMentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellenceOversee code quality through reviews, standards, and best practicesLead agile ceremonies from a technical standpoint (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews)Ensure clear understanding and implementation of user stories and acceptance criteriaIdentify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecksWork closely with UX teams to deliver seamless and user-centric experiencesDrive CI/CD practices, automation, and efficient release managementCommunicate technical vision, progress, and risks to stakeholders effectivelyContinuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve product quality and team productivityQualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong experience in mobile application development (iOS/Android or cross-platform)Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex digital productsSolid understanding of system design, architecture, and agile methodologies
