The RoleWe're looking for a skilled After Effects Artist to join our VFX/motion team. You'll work on a variety of production projects — from compositing and motion graphics to visual effects for games, film, and advertising — collaborating closely with leads and clients across time zones.What You'll DoCreate motion graphics, title sequences, and animated content for film, game, and advertising pipelinesComposite VFX elements into live-action or CG footageWork with pre-rendered 3D passes and integrate them cleanly in AESupport rigging and animation review workflows where applicableMeet project milestones and maintain quality within production deadlinesWhat We're Looking For2+ years of professional experience with Adobe After EffectsStrong understanding of compositing fundamentals — color, light, motion, timingProficiency with plugins: Trapcode Suite, Video Copilot, Element 3D (preferred)Experience working with render passes (Diffuse, Specular, AO, etc.)Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or any 3D software is a plusAbility to take direction from supervisors and iterate quickly based on feedbackA solid showreel demonstrating range across motion graphics and/or VFXGood to HaveExperience in game cinematics or pre-rendered cutscenesKnowledge of Spine or other 2D animation toolsPrior work in an outsourcing or multi-project studio environmentWhat We OfferWork on globally released titles and productionsCollaborative studio culture with experienced senior artistsCompetitive compensation based on skill and experienceOpportunity to grow within a scaling studio group (Hexar Studios)
