The work is extremely varied and because we are rapidly building the future of technology in our industry, you'll face a lot of complex problems head on. Your work will focus initially around the integration stack (API, webhooks, and MCP servers) as well as building autonomous digital works.Who You Are (these are hard requirements)You've built production code for at least three yearsYou've stuck around at your prior companies (a couple of years)You've got experience in early stage businesses alreadyYour former managers will gush when we take the reference (we do this at the back end of every processYou are quality focussed, not shipping focus, and see your code as an extension of your own skills.You are already using agents for +75% of the actual code writing and have found yourself becoming more of an orchestrator than a code writer.The type of environment you preferYou are autonomous and prefer fewer meetings.You don't enjoy working with junior engineersYou want a remote environment.Stack context: We're TypeScript, React and Node. Aw use AWS and Google Cloud for different parts of our system.
