Key Responsibilities:Lead maintenance of PET bottle manufacturing lines, including blow molding & injection molding machinesHands-on experience in handling and troubleshooting of Sidel & Krones machines (blow molding, filling & packaging lines)Ensure maximum uptime through preventive & predictive maintenancePerform breakdown analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)Manage maintenance of utilities: compressors, chillers, HVAC, electrical systems, water systemsImplement TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate with production for smooth execution of manufacturing plansMonitor spares inventory, vendor management, and AMC contractsEnsure compliance with GMP, safety, and statutory requirementsDrive energy optimization and cost-saving projectsMaintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections
