Position: Operations & Client Coordinator (Architecture / Civil Background Preferred)Location: Bangalore (Remote / Office Hybrid)Company: Hybrize Design Inc. (Canada-based Engineering & Design Firm)About UsHybrize Design is an engineer-led Architecture + Engineering + Design-Build firm operating in Canada (Alberta & British Columbia).We specialize in residential and small commercial projects, delivering fast, coordinated, and permit-ready solutions.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with an architecture, civil, or interior design background to manage client communication, project coordination, and daily operations.This is a high-responsibility role with direct exposure to international clients and real projects.Key ResponsibilitiesClient CommunicationHandle incoming client inquiries (email, calls, messages)Understand project requirements (secondary suites, garages, renovations, etc.)Communicate clearly and professionally with Canada-based clientsSchedule meetings and ensure timely follow-upsProject CoordinationCoordinate between clients, architects, and engineersTrack project progress and ensure deadlines are metMaintain organized project records and documentationAssist in preparing permit submission packagesEmail & Admin ManagementManage company email inbox (client, permit, internal)Draft professional emails to clients, consultants, and authoritiesAssist in invoicing and tracking project statusLead & Growth SupportQualify incoming leads and collect required informationMaintain lead tracking system (CRM / Excel)Support outreach and follow-up processesAssist in improving workflow and internal systemsRequired QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design2–5 years of relevant experienceStrong English communication (written + spoken)Good understanding of drawings, plans, and construction basicsHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to take ownership and work independentlyPreferred SkillsExperience with international clients (Canada/US)Familiarity with permit drawings or construction workflowsExperience using CRM tools, Excel, or project management softwareWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone who takes ownership (not just follows instructions)Strong communication and client-handling abilityOrganized, proactive, and reliableWilling to grow into a leadership/operations roleGrowth OpportunityThis role can grow into:Operations ManagerClient Success LeadBusiness Development CoordinatorWhy Join Us?Work directly with a Canada-based engineering firmBe part of a fast-growing, tech-driven companyExposure to real projects, clients, and systemsOpportunity to grow into leadership rolesHow to ApplySend your resume along with:A short introduction about your experienceA 2-minute voice recording introducing yourself
