Job OverviewThis position focuses on core support links throughout the sales process, coordinating local delivery, supply chain collaboration, and client communication. It ensures the efficient implementation of sales projects and closed-loop after-sales management, provides accurate data support for the sales team, and helps achieve business goals. This role serves as a critical hub connecting the sales front-end, back-end operations, and clients. Core Responsibilities1. Local Delivery Support1.1 Coordinate with internal resources to support the entire delivery process of sales projects, formulate local delivery plans, track delivery progress, and promptly resolve emergencies during delivery to ensure projects are delivered on time and with quality.1.2 Identify pain points in the delivery process, optimize delivery collaboration mechanisms, improve delivery efficiency and client experience, and ensure the delivery phase aligns precisely with sales objectives.2.Local Supply Chain SupportMonitor key supply chain indicators, following the ITO and DSO target, identify potential risks, enhancing the responsiveness and stability of the supply chain to support sustained sales growth.3.Client Communication & Liaison3.1 Establish and maintain client communication channels, respond to client needs, promptly address client inquiries, and convey key information such as project progress and delivery details, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information.3.2 Assist the sales team in maintaining client relationships, collect client feedback and suggestions, and regularly compile client demand reports to provide a basis for adjusting sales strategies and optimizing services, thereby improving client satisfaction and loyalty.4. On-site After-sales Research & Support for Projects4.1 Lead on-site after-sales research for projects, collect after-sales issues and client usage experiences on-site, and prepare comprehensive research reports to clarify the root causes of problems and improvement directions.4.2 Quickly coordinate technical, delivery, and other teams to provide on-site support for urgent issues discovered during after-sales visits, drive the closed-loop resolution of problems, reduce the impact of after-sales risks on client experience and business reputation, and ensure the quality of after-sales services for projects.5. Sales Data Support5.1 Be responsible for the collection, collation, analysis, and visualization of sales data, build sales data ledgers, and regularly output sales data reports covering core dimensions such as project progress, delivery achievement rate, and client feedback.5.2 Conduct in-depth analysis based on sales data, explore the business logic behind the data, identify strengths and weaknesses in sales promotion, provide data-driven decision support for the sales team, and assist in formulating precise sales strategies and target plans.Qualifications1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.2. 2 years or more of relevant work experience in sales support, supply chain management, or customer service, with experience in local delivery and after-sales support preferred.3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently collaborating with multiple departments such as sales, supply chain, and delivery to drive cross-departmental collaboration.4. Strong client service awareness, able to accurately capture client needs and respond quickly to resolve client issues.5. Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, able to quickly respond to emergencies in delivery and after-sales phases to ensure smooth business progress.
