The candidate should drive enterprise architecture strategy, modernization roadmaps, cloud adoption, platform transformation, customer experience initiatives, and alignment between business goals and technology execution. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital platforms, cloud, integration, data, security, modernization, and executive stakeholder management.Roles & Responsibilities:Enterprise Architecture Strategy* Define enterprise technology vision and transformation roadmap.* Align business capabilities with target architecture.* Build current state, future state, and transition architecture.* Drive architecture governance and standards.Digital Transformation Leadership* Lead legacy modernization and platform transformation programs.* Drive customer experience transformation across web, mobile, commerce, CRM, and analytics.* Enable AI, automation, and data-driven transformation initiatives.* Establish reusable digital platforms and shared services.Technology Architecture * Define architecture across cloud, application, integration, data, and security domains.* Recommend best-fit platforms and product ecosystem.* Ensure scalability, resilience, performance, and compliance.* Guide microservices, API-first, event-driven, and headless architectures.Stakeholder Management * Work with CXOs, business heads, delivery leaders, vendors, and engineering teams.* Present transformation strategy, business case, ROI, and roadmap.* Support RFP/RFI, solution shaping, and executive workshops.Governance & Delivery Assurance* Establish architecture review boards.* Ensure programs adhere to standards and reference architecture.* Mentor solution architects and engineering leaders.Preferred Technology Background* Cloud: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud* Digital Platforms: Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow* Commerce: Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Shopify* Data & AI: Snowflake, Databricks, Generative AI platforms * Integration: MuleSoft, APIs, Kafka, ESB
