This role offers immense learning opportunities, client-facing exposure, and a clear growth path into leadership. Role Overview:The Business Development Associate (BDA) will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential franchise partners while building long-term business relationships. You will handle the entire sales cycle — from initial lead interaction to deal closure — and work closely with brand partners and investors.·      Sales type: high-volume, short-cycle ·      Lead source: inbound/outbound/assigned·      manage a fast-paced, high-volume sales cycle with quick follow-ups and closures·      Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets based on lead volume and closures  This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong career in sales, consulting, and business development, with fast-track promotions available for high performers.  Key Responsibilities:·       Lead Management: Engage with leads shared by brands and qualify potential franchise partners·       Client Engagement: Conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand client requirements and investment potential.·       Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle — from the first call to closure — ensuring smooth and professional execution.·       Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client and partner relationships.·       Target Achievement: Work closely with the management team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.·       Market Insights: Share business intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback to support strategy formulation and business growth initiatives. Daily Activity Expectations ·       Make 100–150 calls/day and maintain consistent follow-ups·       Handle high lead volume with quick turnaround time What We’re Looking ForEducation: Graduate (any specialization)Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting.
