The primary responsibilities include ü Identifying, Developing and Managing Channel partners to ensure complete market coverage across all segments (Residential, Commercial, Institutional and Industrial) in the assigned Territory and meeting sales targets for solar module products. The role also involves analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and conducting presentations to promote products. Proving complete support to the Channel partners in terms of ATL/ BTL activities in the Region. -Identifying gaps in the channel capabilities (sales/ project execution/ O & M) and ensuring these gaps are filled through appropriate training programs. As a senior executive, the candidate will collaborate with other team members to achieve organizational sales goals and contribute to business expansion efforts.Experience : 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in solar PV module sales or renewable energy industry.QualificationsStrong skills in sales and business development with a focus on meeting targets and closing deals.Sound understanding of the solar energy market and renewable energy technologies, particularly solar modules.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Analytical skills for researching market trends, crafting strategies, and preparing presentations.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate leadership qualities when required.Proficiency in using tools such as CRM software and MS Office for sales reporting and data management.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field.Prior experience in solar energy sales or a related industry is a significant advantage.
