The company has a greenfield manufacturing facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra & R&D center at Talegaon, Pune, as it prepares to cater to the dynamic requirements of both domestic and international markets.Guided by the JSW Group’s core values- Commitment, Courage, Agility, Collaboration, and Compassion - JSW Greentech aspires to transform commercial mobility and contribute meaningfully to a cleaner and more intelligent future.Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop wiring harnesses, HV cable and circuit schematics for automotive applications (HV & LV). • Perform cable routing and packaging within vehicle architecture, ensuring feasibility, serviceability, and compliance. • Create and maintain 2D/3D harness layouts, drawings, and BOMs. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (vehicle integration, manufacturing, quality, suppliers) to ensure design alignment and issue resolution. • Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as ISO 26262 and SAE J1939. • Conduct design checks for accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability. • Support prototype builds, validation, and troubleshooting of harness-related issues. • Contribute to design improvements, cost optimization, and weight reduction initiatives. • Maintain proper documentation and version control of design data. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field. • 8–14 years of hands-on experience in automotive LV wiring harness design, HV cable routing and schematics. • Experience in HV and LV systems, including safety considerations. • Proven experience in packaging and vehicle integration constraints. • Experience in tools such as Mentor Graphics Capital or Zuken E3.series will be added advantage. • Solid understanding of automotive standards including ISO 26262 and SAE J1939. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
