The role emphasizes developing students analytical, practical, and professional competencies while supporting the institution’s academic standards and strategic objectives through contemporary teaching and research practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver PGDM courses using innovative, interactive, and industry-relevant teaching methodologiesDesign, develop, and continuously update curriculum in line with emerging industry trends and academic advancementsMaintain an active research profile with publications in reputed journals (ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, or equivalent)Mentor and guide students in academic progression, career development, and research initiativesEngage with industry stakeholders for collaborations, live projects, guest lectures, and workshopsContribute to institutional development through participation in academic committees, accreditation processes, and strategic initiativesPromote experiential learning through case studies, simulations, and real-world applicationsQualifications & ExperienceGeneral Requirements:Ph.D. in relevant discipline (mandatory)4–5 years of experience in academia, research, or industryStrong research track record with recent publications in reputed indexed journals (ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, or equivalent)Demonstrated experience in student mentoring, curriculum design, and innovative teaching practicesFor Business Analytics Specialization:Master’s / M.Phil. / Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldPGDM or equivalent qualification will be an added advantageHands-on experience with analytics tools, quantitative techniques, and applied business research preferredDesired Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and presentation skillsIndustry exposure and practical orientationResearch aptitude and academic rigorAbility to integrate technology into teaching (LMS, analytics tools, simulations, etc.)Collaborative mindset and institutional contribution focus
