Propper International is seeking an experienced Infor M3 Financials Functional Consultant to support finance process optimization, solution design, and system enhancements across our M3 environment.It is contract position and a remote job opportunity to WFH.  Key Responsibilities: Lead functional design, configuration, and support for Infor M3 Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Period Management).Drive end‑to‑end process improvements across finance operations, including the use of Ai whenever needed.Support integrations with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., eCommerce, EDI, Power BI, Shop Floor, Payroll, etc.).Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing functional support. Required Experience 5+ years working with Infor M3 Financials in a functional/consulting role.Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting flows, and period closing.Hands‑on experience with M3 configuration, master data, and financial controls.Ability to write functional specs for technical teams (interfaces, enhancements, reports).Experience with M3 CloudSuite is a MUST.Familiarity with Infor ION, MEC, or other integration frameworks is beneficial.Background in manufacturing, distribution, or apparel industries is a plus.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
