The Specialist will evaluate financial statements to assess risks and opportunities, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and provide insights to support M&A and strategic transactions. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed financial reports, ensuring accurate data interpretation, and communicating findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to timelines will also be key components of this role.QualificationsProficiency in Finance and accounting skillsExceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret financial data and identify key trendsExperience in Financial Reporting, including preparing and analyzing financial statementsStrong Communication skills to effectively present findingsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPrior experience in M&A Advisory or related fields is a plusFamiliarity with QOE, Working Capital, Net Debt, Proof of Cash and related terms / analysisCA/MBA/CFA with Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related fieldWorking knowledge of financial tools and software is preferredStrong databook preparation skills, due diligence report-writing experience is a plus
