You’ll work closely with alumni communities worldwide and help drive meaningful engagement and participation.Key Responsibilities1. Community EngagementManage and engage alumni across platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Slack, Email)Drive conversations, polls, and networking interactionsIdentify and nurture active alumni champions2. Virtual Events & ProgramsAssist in planning and executing webinars, alumni talks, and networking sessionsHandle registrations, reminders, and post-event follow-upsTrack attendance and engagement metrics3. Content & StorytellingCreate alumni spotlight stories and success journeysSupport social media and community contentCollaborate with marketing teams to amplify alumni achievements4. Referral & Growth InitiativesSupport alumni referral campaignsTrack engagement and referral performanceEncourage alumni to explore further learning opportunities5. Analytics & ReportingMaintain engagement trackers and dashboardsMonitor community activity and participationAssist in weekly performance reportingWhat We’re Looking For0–1 year experience (students/freshers welcome)Strong interest in community building / marketing / engagement rolesGood written and verbal communication skillsComfortable interacting with professionals virtuallyBasic knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and presentation toolsFamiliarity with LinkedIn or online communities is a plusOrganized, proactive, and detail-orientedWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience in global alumni community managementExposure to EdTech growth and learner lifecycle strategiesOpportunity to work with international alumni networksUnderstanding of referral-driven growth models
