Ensure timely execution of orders as per the GI dates in the system and co-ordination with factory in case of delay. Proper escalation in case the request is not honored. Attending the customers short term urgencies and giving them timely feedback about the availability of the materialSending the open order reports to the customer on monthly basis or in case it is desired by customer.Alignment of requested dates properly in the system as per the feedback from the customer on open ordersEscalation in case the material is ready and customer has pushed out the demand further to avoid accumulation of unwanted inventoriesUsage of the Customer Portal for ASN preparation.Quarterly customer visits for the key customers and as per demand for the others.
