Position: Finance AD / Sr. Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis Department: Finance Location: Hyderabad Reports to: VP-Global Finance Role Overview We are looking for a strategic FP&A Sr. Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting. This role will partner with business leaders to provide insights that drive profitability and support executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. • Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and executive dashboards. • Analyze revenue, margins, Customer profitability reports, utilization, and cost structures across business units. • Partner with delivery and sales teams to improve forecast accuracy and profitability. • Support leadership with data-driven insights and scenario analysis. • Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions. • Improve reporting efficiency using tools such as Zoho Analytics / Power BI / Advanced Excel. • Assist in long-range financial planning. Required Qualifications • US CPA / CA • 10–18 years of FP&A and corporate finance experience from IT industry. • Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities. • Experience working with senior leadership.
