Our team builds state-of-the-art B2C and B2B experiences across various channels, including Social, CRM, Media, eCommerce, D2C, and Retail.Role Description:We are looking for a dynamic Client Solutions Manager/ Senior Manager, for our Creative Advertising Agency located out of Mumbai, who would be managing Creative Advertising clients for Brand Experience, eCommerce, Social Media, and Content. She/ He will also be responsible for maintaining process efficiencies for internal team operations, Daily job-lists, coordinating with other departments, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and devising key strategic interventions.This role is an opportunity to fast-track one’s career to senior agency leadership roles in much quicker timespan.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;Proven track record of successfully managing creative campaigns at a creative agency.Good understanding of Creative Brief development, Creative Detailing and Brand GuidelinesExcellent Client communication, Creative project management, and presentation skillsStrong understanding of Retail and BFSI BrandsFamiliarity with Digital Marketing, Customer Lifecycle Management and AI4+ years of experience in Client solutions in an advertising agency is a mustAs this role requires a close connect with our clients, only people based out of Mumbai would be considered.Key Activities to undertake:·      Lead client interactions, project timelines, creative expectations and deliverables·      Support in preparing presentations, content publishing and competitor analysis·      Help build the strategic insights about the client brands within the team·      Track campaign performance and compile reports. ·      Assist in troubleshooting client concerns and optimising solutions.·      Assist in driving pitch briefings and content creationWhat You’ll Gain: ·      Hands-on experience in managing client accounts across multiple category leading brands·      An opportunity to fast-track to agency leadership roles in quicker timeframe·      If you are an artist or a musician, welcome to the band of like-minded creators.
