We’re looking for a Senior QHSE & Sustainability Auditor in Mumbai to join our growing team.About the RoleYou will lead complex audits across diverse industries, ensuring compliance with QHSE and sustainability standards while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvements in audit practices.What You’ll Do• Conduct and oversee complex audits, especially for high-risk suppliers • Review and validate audit findings and reports from junior auditors • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members • Handle escalations and sensitive supplier cases independently • Drive improvements in audit processes, templates, and methodologies • Communicate audit findings clearly with suppliers and internal stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For• Strong experience in QHSE and sustainability audits • Ability to handle complex audits and make independent decisions • Experience in reviewing and validating audit work • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Proactive mindset with focus on quality and continuous improvement • Experience in training, mentoring, or process improvement is a plusQualifications• Degree-qualified with strong English communication skills • NEBOSH General Certificate (Mandatory) • IRCA Lead Auditor qualification (Preferred) Please apply if you’d like to work for a global company that is helping make the working world more sustainable, safer, cleaner and fairer, with great colleagues and a good pay and benefits package.
