Project Description:We are looking for an experienced specialist to work for one of our clients from the banking industry.Responsibilities:In this role, you will closely work with the development team. You will be the person who will be able to describe what needs to be done and how in technical way, who define, prioritize and manage the team's sprint backlog, which is managed within a large-scale agile organization based on SAFe. You will be the first point of contact between the Product owner and the team. We are looking for a Business Analyst who would make sure that team backlog is up to date, has proper structure and all User Stories has all needed information in place to enable the day-to-day execution in accordance with business priorities.1. Capturing, analyzing and documenting business and IT requirements in a clear manner2. Designing lean operational processes together with the business owners (BPM)3. Translating business requirements into technical requirements concerning software4. Systems as well as data models5. Defining requirements for IT systems and their integration, e.g. using UML6. Defining acceptance criteria and quality assurance methods7. Working with people from Business and IT, with different functions and levels8. Delivering high quality and sustainable solutionsMandatory Skills Description:Have 6 to 8 years' experience in business/system analysisStrong understanding of IT TechnologiesExcellent communication skillsHave strong analytical skillsAbility to form strong relationships with IT and BusinessObject-oriented designOpen minded and self-motivatedKnowledge in data modellingHigh level of competence in verbal and written EnglishHave very good understanding of business as well as technical languageCreate UML diagrams, data flow diagrams, ERD (diagrams)Analyzing data and metadata of existing IT systems, using scripts, e.g. SQLWorking in agile environment, program/project uses SAFe agile framework, team playerRest APIs, CI/CD tools, Integration architecture knowledge.Hands on core banking and client' transactions.Nice-to-Have Skills Description:Project exposure on Wealth Management or Private Banking domains.
