Apply today.Food- Growth ManagerAccount Management:Own communication between vendors and buyers related to execution details and administrative deliverables.Respond to vendors on forms, deadlines, and questions not requiring sales strategy input.Manage scheduling for key meetings including status updates, line reviews, and vendor calls.Establish and lead business unit touch-bases to ensure all open items are tracked and executed smoothly.Sales Materials & Reporting.Distribute vendor performance/sales reports.Assist in creating/organizing decks, line sheets, sales tools, and sell-in materials.New Vendor Set Up:Initiate and nurture new vendor relationships, guiding them through setup and working directly with Target to support onboarding.Item Collection & Submission:Gather item information from vendors and ensure timely submission to Growth Coordinators for data entry.Maintain and update vendor price sheets.Automated sheets to get information to growth coordinator.Item Validation post business award, set up is properly and fully completed all with correct pricing.Sample Management:Coordinate sample requests, ensuring proper labeling according to Target requirements.Manage sample delivery logistic.Retail Monitoring:Confirm that items are live and accurate both online and in-store.Verify pricing and follow up with Target on any discrepancies.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UPCs, images, or descriptions.PO Management & Logistics:Oversee PO changes (e.g., ship window extensions, cancellations) and communicate updates internally/externally.Monitor POs (set, special purchase) for on-time and complete shipments.Identify and escalate late shipments as needed.Vendor Support:Cross-check PO and item details with vendors to ensure accuracy.Provide tools and guidance for audits, compliance, and performance assessments, everything needed to excel.Communication:Serve as the liaison between vendors and Target, ensuring clear and timely communication.Issue Resolution:Act as the first point of contact for service or operational issues.Escalate issues to internal teams as appropriate.Documentation & Coordination:Maintain and manage accurate records across vendors, items, and timelines.Work in coordination with the Sales Lead to maintain all timelines in the F&B categories. i.e.: Season/meeting/set ups/business awards/set dates – all by department.Schedule and coordinate meetings, hospitality, share recaps, and manage follow-ups.Timelines:Promotions and TVIHave a complete understanding and maintain all Vendor Terms and Agreements by Department.Work with Vendor and Sales Lead to plan and implement all promotional and not promotional funding.Oversee the entire TVI process in collaboration with the Growth Coordinator.
