We are looking for a strong and credible KOL to become one of the key public faces of the brand and help drive trust, education, and audience growth.This role is not just about making content. It is about building influence that supports the wider business funnel. The person in this role will create consistent content, host livestreams and webinars, engage with the community, and help bring warmer, higher-intent users into academy, community, and conversion flows.The ideal candidate is confident on camera, has expert trading experience, understands how to speak to trading-focused audiences, and knows how to build trust through content, insight, presence, and consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate regular content across platforms such as video, short-form, livestreams, webinars, AMAs, and social contentAct as a visible and credible brand voice that helps build trust and awareness in the marketEducate audiences through trading explainers, tutorials, market commentary, strategy discussions, and platform-related contentShare trading knowledge in a way that is clear, responsible, and engaging for different audience levelsDrive traffic and participation into academy sessions, webinars, landing pages, and community channelsSupport conversion by bringing warmer users into the wider business funnelWork closely with social, video, design, growth, and community teams to improve content quality and performanceEngage with the audience through comments, live sessions, community interaction, and audience feedbackHelp shape content direction based on audience behavior, market trends, and campaign needsRepresent the brand in livestreams, community events, online sessions, and other audience-facing formatsTrack content performance and contribute ideas that improve reach, trust, and assisted conversionMaintain consistency in communication, tone, and brand positioning across all creator activityCore ObjectiveBuild trust, support education, and bring warmer audiences into the funnel through strong creator-led content, expert trading knowledge, and audience engagement.RequirementsBachelor’s degree is preferred, but strong relevant experience and on-camera ability are more importantMust have expert trading experience with strong understanding of trading behavior, market movement, and trader psychologyProven experience as a KOL, content creator, trader, educator, host, presenter, or audience-facing digital personalityStrong on-camera presence and confidence speaking to a public audienceGood understanding of content formats across video, livestreams, webinars, AMAs, and social mediaAbility to explain trading concepts, market developments, and platform-related topics clearlyStrong understanding of audience-building, engagement, and trust creation through contentComfortable working closely with content, community, growth, and marketing teamsStrong communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for different audience groupsConsistency, reliability, and willingness to be highly visible as part of the brandPreferred ExperienceExperience in crypto, derivatives, forex, trading education, fintech, or finance contentExperience building a personal audience or trading communityFamiliarity with academy, webinar, and conversion-driven content modelsExperience creating content that supports both awareness and lower-funnel outcomes
