Samarpan is looking for a dynamic Care Co-ordinator cum Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our outpatient services and ensure a seamless client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to client enquiries, understand their concerns with empathy, and convert them into appointmentsCoordinate scheduling and allocation of clients to therapistsOversee outpatient clinic operations and front desk activitiesEnsure smooth coordination with therapists, nurses, and partner hospitalsHandle payments and maintain operational efficiencySupport compliance, confidentiality, and best practicesWhat We’re Looking ForGraduates in psychologyStrong communication and coordination skillsEmpathy and ability to handle clients sensitivelyInterest or exposure to healthcare/mental health services is a strong advantageFreshers can apply, however, we prefer candidates who have previously worked in similar rolesWe request applicants to review the eligibility criteria carefully, as applications that do not meet the requirements will not be reviewed.
